Allow me to introduce myself and my partner, Cathy. Together, we make art. It's a collaborative that is joyful and exciting.
I'm a commercial photographer, which has led me to explore a variety of subjects when I cut loose from the commercial world. Cathy is a natural visual storyteller with her camera - always on the lookout for that "crack in the sidewalk" that she interprets as art. We roam the world with our cameras and push the limits of digital art, keeping an eye on our visions.
I have a degree in Illustration Photography and Cathy is a self taught photographer and artist who knows no boundaries. Together, we started exploring the possibilities of using photographic images as guides for digital painting - using a stylus and pad to hand paint the brush strokes and use colors that changes the character of the photos into rich abstracts and impressionistic art.
As we continued developing our techniques, we found that the pieces lent themselves especially well to contemporary interiors, complimenting the furnishings and decor. We are happy to share these pieces with you and hope to have the opportunity to display our art in your space.
